Desktop Support of both hardware and software. Phone support for desktop, as400, internet, and notes. Account creation in active directory, notes, and for Texas Mutual Online. Helped with move from downtown building to the new 290 location with minimal slowdown in productivity. Was project lead for a 5 man team to rollout 400 laptops. (Completed 2 weeks early.) Part of a team that implemented time and cost saving procedures for software distribution and training. Chairman for annual picnic event.

Was in charge of a group of 4 technicians that supported Brackenridge hospital, Children’s Hospital, and Seton Southwest. 800 users in total. Worked through a rollout moving from Windows 95 and Novell network, to Windows XP on and Active Directory network. Reduced call volume by 75% and raised customer satisfaction.
